Alvarado Street

Reviving tradition.

Recognizing that future development opportunities in Downtown Monterey were limited and needed the revitalization of the once-vibrant Alvarado Street area, we created a full repositioning strategy and master plan for the City of Monterey and the Monterey Commercial Property Owners Association. By focusing on key design, development aspects for successful urban environments -pedestrian access, tenants and place making – we established the roadmap for Downtown Monterey revitalization plan currently being implemented.
