This prominent 100,000 square-foot historic building in the popular South of Market district was in need of a significant renovation to adapt to new tenant demands as well as seismic concerns. Working for DivcoWest, we conserved and beautified the traditional, elegant façade of the building. Inside, from basement to roof, 631 Howard is now modernized and business-ready for the requirements of San Francisco’s high-tech community.
